More Gymnastics June.25.2007
I am happy to announce that this week i will publish the first
NON-floor gymnastics lessons. Until now only floor and tumbling
instructions were published on Flash Mavi.
As i now also practice other things, soon you will will be able to
find detailed instructions for boys and girls gymnastics:
The Vault, Horizontal Bars, The Pommel Horse etc.
This can be interesting for those who practice parkour and of
course for everybody who loves gymnastics.

FM Facelift June.21.2007
As you can see, today the entire site got a facelift.
The header and the bottom of flashmavi.com was totally redesigned.
At the same time I replaced some of the old html buttons with flash
buttons. I hope you all like the new look.

Learn Wushu in China June.10.2007
Today i added a special site with information about training at the
Song Jiang Wushu Academy in Shan Dong China.
The SJ Wushu School is one of the biggest institutes in china and has
around 4000 asian students. At the same time it is the chepest matial
arts school in china. I've been visiting SJ for 4 years.
From 2008 i will start organizing group training trips to china.

Lesson 555 The Side Flip June.06.2007
Today on the 6th of june, lesson number 555 was designed.
Becasue of many requests this special instruction is the Side Flip.
I am personally no fan of this flip.
Because of the landing with the toes pointing sideways, i think you can injure your knees easily. That's why i only practice this jump on
the tumbling floor or with a reuther-springboard.
I hope you will enjoy this special... and don't hurt yourself

New Flash Mavi Forum June.02.2007
After having a lot of problems with spam in the old forum,
today I installed the lates version of phpBB. Version 3.0
I hope atomated spam bots will not be able to access the new forum
and of course i will add some mods ASAP.
I will probably change the design a bit in the next few days,
but basically it will stay like it is now.
Those who signed up in the old forum, can use the same username
and password in the new forum.
