Whey Oatmeal Protein Cookies

They are very easy to prepare and you can eat them for breakfast, as a snack or even better, after your workout. And by the way, you don't necessarily have to use protein powder, because even without the whey powder, you get almost 20 percent of protein from all the other ingredients. 4 spoons = 30g
14 spoons = 100g
6 spoons = 100g
4 spoons = 30g
Half Teaspoon = 2g
Halber Teelöffel = 2g

Step 1

First pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees. Then lightly grease the cookie sheet or use a silicone sheet, which in my opinion is much better, because nothing sticks and you don't have to use any butter = extra fat.

Then mix oats with baking powder, cinnamon, sweetener vanilla and the protein powder.

Beat the eggs with the yogurt in a small cup.

Put the yogurt-egg mixture into the oatmeal bowl and mix them very well until a soft dough forms. Not too liquid. If necessary, add more oats.

Then with the help of a spoon, drop the cookie dough on the silicone sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between them, as they will spread out during baking.

Finally, place the raisins and the grated coconut on top.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are starting to brown and the cookies have a light brown color. Remove them to a wire rack to cool completely.
