Trainer advice: Back Handspring Twist 360
- This can be very confusing at the beginning. Take a plastic bottle and twist it around until you understand the rotation. Think as the first part (before your hands touch the floor) and the second part as two different techniques.
- Try this in water first.
- Learn the handstand turn.
