The Frontwhip - Gymnastics

The frontwhip is a techinque very similar to the cartwheel without hands and the
front handspring with closed legs. Learn the frontwhip with spread legs at first.
If you can the the frontwhip with closed legs, it will be much easier to learn the
cartwheel without hands 360°. Try this into water at first, and then into soft sand.
