Simulate Round-Off with Trampoline
This is a very good
training method to increase the hight of your jumps
when you do a technical
gymnastics training.
When you simulate the roundoff like this, you need less stregth,
so
you are able to try your jumps more often.
Additional you have more time in the air to try out stuff.
Use this method to work on techniques like the backflip, backflip layout,
backflip twist etc.

Technical description: Simulate Round-Off with Trampoline
- Let yourself fall into a trampoline from a handstand.
If your handstand is not straight enough, you might lose controll when you bounce off.
- Flip back.
Trainer advice: Simulate Round-Off with Trampoline
- Make sure you jump backwards and not straight up.
- Try back handsprings from the same trampoline into mats, before you try flips.
Back handsprings without handstand at the beginning.
- This is an exercise for people who can do the roundoff already. ( To increase hight and work on techniques with less effort )
Not for people who didn't learn the roundoff yet !!!
If you can't do the roundoff, as an alternative you can try your jumps into water.
