User Manual: How to use the MAVI Meal Builder
- WEIGHT CURRENTY -
Your current weight.
- AGE - Your age.
- JOB - How much
energy your work takes.
- ACTIVITIES -
Energy of spare time activities.
- WEIGHT GOAL -
The weight you want to achieve. ( you can also leave this blank
)
-------------------- Your goal should
not be more than 20 percent from your current weight.
-------------------- So
if you are at 100 kg and want to weight 50 kg, your goal should
be 80 or 85.
-------------------- Once you make
progress, you can enter a goal closer to your real goal.
-------------------- If you lose or
gain weight too fast, you will just burn muscle or gain fat.
-------------------- So take it easy and understand that this will
take time.
- POTEIN % - How
many percent of your nutrition should be protein.
- FAT % - How many
percent of your nutrition should be fat (percent from the calories)
- FOOD 1 to 10 -

- CARBS % - Results
from your protein and fat input. ( in percent )
- PROTEIN - This
field shows how many grams or oz of protein you need per day.
- FAT - Shows how
many grams or oz of fat you need every day.
- CARBS - Shows

Shows how many calories from protein you need per day.
- FAT KCAL - Shows
how many calories from fat you need per day.

This field shows the energy you need to keep your weight.

The difference between "Maintain" and "Goal" in
kCal.
- DIFFERENCE % -
How much you have to eat less or more ( in percent ) to reach your
goal.
- SUM - In this
line the nutritional facts of your "Additional Foods Info" sum
up.
- RESULT % - Calculates
the difference between Sum-Line and Goal-Line in percent.
