Shuai Jiao ( chinese wrestling )

Shuai Jiao is a chinese martial art ( wu shu ) and means wrestling.
The mandarin word "Shuai Jiao" specifically refers to traditional wrestling like practiced
in China and Mongolia. Chinese and mongolian wrestling are very similar.
Shuai Jiao is basically like Judo, only that the fight is over once a competitor touches
the mats with his hands knees or hips.
Chinese wrestling is not about locking the opponent on the gound.
It's all about smashing him to the ground.
That's why Shuai Jiao throws look more powerful than judo throws.
