How to stretch the Biceps

Use this biceps stretch between biceps strength exercises like pullups, biceps curls etc.
Besides the biceps this exercise also stretches the shoulders and the chest.
On the first view this might look like a chest stretch. ( so watch out for the hand position )

Technical description: Biceps Stretch

  • This example illustrates how to stretch the right biceps.
    To stretch the left biceps, just do the whole thing the other way around.
  • Stand upright and put your left hand a bit over shoulder hight on a wall.
    The backhand has to be on the wall and the open palm has to point away from the wall.
    The elbow must be extended totally.
  • To make the stretch more intensive, turn your upper body to the left.
