to stretch the inner forearm muscles. Use this stretch to warm up for handstands or handsprings or between

Execution
This is how you stretch your left forearm. To stretch
your right forearm, simply do the whole thing the other way around.
Extend your left arm in front of you so that your
elbow points down and the palm forward.
Grasp your left palm with your right hand and pull
your fingers back towards your left elbow.
Advice
Hold the stretch between 20 and 30 seconds.
Pull back you palm without any sudden movements. This forearm stretch is not designed for isometric or ballistic stretching.
