How to stretch the Inner Forearm

In this lesson you will learn how to stretch the inner forearm.
Use this stretch to warm up for handstands or handsprings or
between sets when you train your forearms.

Technical description: Inner Forearm Stretch

  • This is how to stretch the left forearm. To stretch the right forearm,
    just do the whole thing the other way around.
  • Extend your left arm in front of you so that the elbow points down and
    the palm points forward.
  • Grab your left palm with your right hand and pull your fingers back
    towards your left elbow.

 

 

Trainer advice: Inner Forearm Stretch

  • Hold the stretch 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Pull back you palm controlled and without apprupt movements.
