Seal Stretch - Back & Abdominal Stretch

In this Flash Mavi lesson you will learn how to do the seal stretch.
The seal stretch is considered a back stretch, but like most back stretches it
actually stretches the abdominals.

Technical description: Seal Stretch - Back & Abdominal Stretch

  • Lie down on your stomach and press up your chest with your arms.
    ( press down shoulders too ) Knees and elbows extended.
    Try to keep your hips as close as possible to the floor and look straight forward or up.

 

 

Trainer advice: Seal Stretch - Back & Abdominal Stretch

  • The seal stretch is an alternative to the back bridge, but can also be done additional.
