Technical description: Shoulder Stretch
- Put your hands on a wall and extend your elbows ( at approximately chest hight )
The hands should be shoulder width or less apart.
- It doesn't matter if you have your legs next to eachother or if you have one leg in front.
The only thing that is importat is, that your hips are parallel to the wall.
- Press down your shoulders, ( let your chest hang ) so that your arms, your trunk and your hips form a bow like illustrated above.
Trainer advice: Shoulder Stretch
- If you want to stretch dynamic, move slowly and concentrated.
- To make this shoulder stretch more intensive, move your legs further away from the wall,
so that your chest is pressed down AND FORWARD. ( try to touch he wall with your head )
