Tai Ji

"Ta Ji Quan" ( Supreme ultimate Fist ) is probably the most popular chinese martial art style and is practiced by men and women of every age all over the world.
Taiji is a wushu style, just like nanquan or broasword, only that taiji is a soft,
interenal style and nanquan is an extern hard style.
It's a so popular martial arts styles, becasue it even attracts people who are usually not
interested in martial arts at all.
It's proven that taiji is healthy for the joints and the sceletal muscles.
Taiji is fun, improves fitness and coordination and con be practices anywhere.
Nowadays there are many different taiji styles; Chen ( which was the first one ), Wu, Yang etc.
For modern Taiji competitions, Chen, Wu and Yang are mixed together. ( for example the 42 form )
Taiji Tuishou ( push hands ) is a partner exercise.
