Capoeira - Armada Partner Exercise
This video shows a partner exercise for the armada. The armada (lit: "Assault") is a spinning inside to outside
capoeira crescent kick where you

Execution
- Start from the ginga, face to face with a training partner.
- Then throw an armada (outside crescent kick).
- Your opponent escapes and counter-attacks with another armada immediately.
- Take turns and kick at least 6 times in row.
Advice
- Always warm up and stretch before you practice any capoeira kicks.
- Practice the armada without training partner before you try this partner exercise.
- This is an excellent exercise to improve timing and rhythm.
