Capoeira Bandeira over Training Partner
The bandeira is a capoeira jump where you jump from both legs at the same time, kick your closed legs up in a circular motion and then land on both legs. Usually the bandeira is done from the ginga, but you can also do it with a runup, and If your running bandeira is high enough, you can

Execution
- When you jump over an obstacle, it's even more important that you throw your arms up and fully extend your legs so that you gain enough height.

Advice
- Practice the running bandeira without obstacle first.
- Jump over a foam block at the beginning. Don't try to jump over a training partner or hard obstacles right away. You can also start off practicing the bandaira with a reuther-springboard.
