Execution
- Stand in front of your training partner and start from the ginga.
- Then take turns kicking and escaping.
- This is an exercise for the capoeira front kick, your timing and the escapes. You don't have to use the same escape the whole time.
Advice
- Practice both sides of the ponteira.
- Actually aim for your opponent. The goal is that he escapes, not that you miss!
