Capoeira - Queixada Kick - Partner Exercise

Execution
- Start from the ginga, face to face with a training partner.
- Then, one throws a queixada (outside circle kick) and the other one escapes.
- Go back to the ginga an repeat.
Advice
- Take turns kicking and escaping. Kick about 20 times and then rest a few minutes.
- Always keep your guard up and look at your opponent.
- Practice the queixada alone before you try it with a training partner.
- Always warm up and stretch before you practice and capoeira kicks.
