Execution
Extend the back leg and keep both heels on the floor.
The thigh of the front leg should be parallel to the floor and the shin of the front leg should be vertical.
In modern wushu, the feet are in one line and the stance very low.
Look straight forward and keep your upper body straight and vertical (don't crouch down).
The front foot points straight forward and the back foot is turned away 45 degrees.
