Wushu Side Stretchkick Training
This video shows a wushu class practicing the side stretchkick "Ce Ti". The side stretchkick is one of the most basic kicks and should be practiced in every

Execution
- Do 8 kicks in a row.
- Do your first kick when the student in front of you does his third kick.

Advice
- Stretch your hamstrings and your hips before you practice any wushu kicks.
- I like practicing the side stretchkick after the straight stretchkick, but some wushu schools practice it after the slapkick, which would make it the last one of the basic kicks.
