Wushu Slapkick - Class Practice
This video shows how the wushu side slapkick "Dan Pai Jiao" is practiced in class. The slapkick is one of the most basic kicks and should be practiced in every

Execution
- Do 2 or 3 wushu slapkicks per carpet length.
- Keep your upper body and your head straight.
- The down-motion should be faster than the up-motion.

Advice
- Stretch your hamstrings and your hips.
- Do the wushu slapkick as a warm-up for the flying front kick.
- The slapkick should be the last kick of your wushu warm-up kicks.
