Wushu Front Sweep in Class
This video shows the Song Jiang Wushu Team 1 practicing the front sweep. The front sweep should be practiced after the basic
wushu kicks and before the back sweep. In Chinese (Mandarin) this technique is called: "Qian Sao". "Qian" means front and "Sao" is the wushu sweep. Click here for more wushu videos.
Execution
- Do 2 or 3 sweeps per carpet length.
- Keep you upper body vertical and don't look down to the floor.

Advice
- Stretch your wushu flat stance.
- Do the Chuan Zhang before you practice your wushu sweeps.
- Try the front sweep without hands.
