Wushu Heel Palm Kick - Class Practice
This video shows how the heel palm kick is practiced in a wushu class. The heel palm kick is a basic

Execution
- Do 4 left kicks and 4 right kicks per carpet length. (2 carpet lengths)
- Do your first kick when the student in front of you does his third kick.

Advice
- For isometric strength, try to hold the heel palm kick for a few seconds.
- Kick at hip height or slightly higher.
- Do 8 kicks in a row.
- Be careful with this kick if you have knee problems.
