Wushu Outside Circle Kick in Class - Video
This video shows the Song Jiang Wushu Team 1 practicing the outside circle kick. The outside circle kick is practiced after the inside circle kick and the

Execution
- Do your first kick when the student in front of you does his third kick.
- Do 8 kicks per carpet length and 2 to 4 carpet lengths per workout.
- The first few kicks are often done without slap.
- Don't round your back and slap your foot into both hands.
Advice
- Always look straight forward.
- Stretch your legs before your practice your wushu kicks.
- Don't elevate your heels.
- The down-motion should be slightly faster than the up-motion.
