Wushu Toe Fist Kick - Class Practice
This video shows a wushu class working on the toe fist kick. The toe fist kick is a basic wushu kick and should be practiced after the heel palm

Execution
- Make sure you keep enough space in front of you.
- Do 3 left kicks and 3 right kicks per carpet length.
- Keep your upper body straight and look straight forward. Don't bend back or round your back when you kick.
- Don't elevate your heel.

Advice
- Hold the end position for a second.
- Be careful with this kick if you have knee problems.
- Exhale as you kick.
