Execution
Walk two steps and do a wushu slapkick. Open your arms, turn sideways and look back to your left hand.
Then do an arm circle and slap your right hand onto the floor => wushu flat stance.
Stand up and do smash punch.
Finish of in a wushu bow stance with an elbow strike and exhale at the same time (see video).
Advice
Practice the movements one by one.
Work on your wushu slapkick + arm circle with floor slap and the smash punch + bow stance elbow strike separately.
Extend our knees and your elbows.
Don't forget to turn your head after the slapkick and after the smash punch. In wushu, head turns are always fast.
