Execution
Walk 3 steps and do wushu slapkick.
Follow with an arm circle and a flat stance with floor slap.
Then do a horizontal arm circle like shown in the video. Move your hips and your knees with your upper body.
At the end of the arm circle, move both fists to your hips.
Punch with your right hand to the right and lift your left arm over-head. Both elbows should be fully extended. Turn you head at the same time.
Advice
There is little leg movement in this combination. However, make sure you move your hips and your knees with your upper body. In the first circle you swing your arms vertically, in the second circle horizontally.
Work on your wushu slapkick + arm circle with floor slap apart.
Fast head turns are very important in modern wushu.
