Wushu Longfist Combo 5

This video shows Lv Peng Cheng with one of his wushu longfist combos. This combination: Inside Circle Kick - Floor Slap - Jump - Wushu Slapkick - Smash Punch - Wushu Bow Stance & Elbow Strike - Flat Stance. Click here for more wushu videos.

Execution

  • Step forward with your left leg, do an inside circle kick and turn 180° to the left.
  • Close your legs and slap your right hand onto the floor.
  • Then jump straight up, extend both arms and look back over your right shoulder. Lift your right knee at the same time.
  • Land on both legs at the same time, run 2 steps and do a wushu slapkick.
  • After the slapkick do a smash punch to the left, then a wushu bow stance with elbow strike and finally turn to the left and go into a flat stance.

Advice

  • Practice the movements one by one.
  • Then practice them two in one.
  • In wushu, quick head turns are very important.
