Execution
Step forward with your left leg, do an inside circle kick and turn 180° to the left.
Close your legs and slap your right hand onto the floor.
Then jump straight up, extend both arms and look back over your right shoulder. Lift your right knee at the same time.
Land on both legs at the same time, run 2 steps and do a wushu slapkick.
After the slapkick do a smash punch to the left, then a wushu bow stance with elbow strike and finally turn to the left and go into a flat stance.
