Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding is the muscle mass building form of weight
training.
Workouts are between 60 and 90 minutes, 10 to 20 sets with 8 to 12
repetitions per workout.
Description: Bodybuilding
- Av. 3 to 5 workouts per week
- Av. 10 to 20 sets per workout
- Av. 3 Sets per exercise
- Av. 8 to 12 repetitions per set
- Av. 60 to 90 minutes per workout
- Slow concentrated repetitions (strict technique)
Advice: Bodybuilding
- If you are a beginner, don't work out more then 3 times per week.
- The right nutrition and rest are just as important as the workout itself.
