Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding is a form of weight
training where you emphasize on the size and shape of your muscles.
Workouts are between 60 and 90 minutes long. Do 10 to 20 sets with 8 to 12 repetitions per workout.

- Av. 3 to 5 workouts per week
- Av. 10 to 20 sets per workout
- Av. 3 Sets per exercise
- Av. 8 to 12 repetitions per set
- Av. 60 to 90 minutes per workout
- Slow concentrated repetitions and strict technique are very important.
- In bodybuilding, rest and nutrition are just as important as the workouts.
Advice
- If you are new to bodybuilding, don't work out more then
3 times per week.
- At the beginning you should learn the most important exercises and not focus too much on size and strength.
- Free-weight exercises (with barbells and dumbbells) are usually better than machines.
