Common Training Routines Common Training Routines are the most used routines.

called "Hard Gainers". If you are on of them, you might try
an alternative training method like HIT.

- Workout time; about 1:30h.
- Training days per week, 3 to 6
- Muscle groups per training, 1 to 3
- Long resttimes between sets.
- 3 sets per exercise, 3 exercises per muscle group.
Trainer advice: Common Training Routines
- Don`t just copy the training routine of a professional bodybuilder, because you wanna look like him, or think your body will react similar. That will defenitely not work. A beginner should not train with weights more then 3 times per week.
