Fitness - Strength - Training

Fitness strength training routines are weight training routines for those who don`t realy care about getting big. Those routines concentrate on general fitness and some strength gain. Normally for those who are training for another sports and and only use weight training to eliminate certain weaknesses. For example gymnasts who build forearms strength to avoid wrist problems. Fitness-strength-training is no usual term for this kind of weigh training routine. Just made it up to differentiate.

 

 

Technical description: Fitness - Strength - Training

  1. Workout time; about 1:30h.
  2. Training days per week, 1 to 3
  3. Muscle groups per training, 3 to 6
  4. 3 sets per exercise, 3 exercises per muscle group.
  5. High rep training: About 20 Repetitions per exercise.
    U might do powerlifting exercises and low rep strength training from time to time.

 

 

Trainer advice: Fitness - Strength - Training

  • This training method is especially to eliminate molesting weaknesses. You shouldn`t feel much soreness after your workout.
