Fitness - Strength - TrainingFitness strength training routines are weight training routines for those who don`t realy care about getting big. Those routines concentrate on general fitness and some strength gain. Normally for those who are training for another sports and and only use weight training to eliminate certain weaknesses. For example gymnasts who build forearms strength to avoid wrist problems. Fitness-strength-training is no usual term for this kind of weigh training routine. Just made it up to differentiate.
