Heel-Palm-Kick / Wushu
The Heel palm kick is one of
the basic wushu kicks, but you don't haveto practice it in every
training session. "Deng Tui" is a horizontal heel kick with a synchronous palm punch.
When the right foot kicks, the left hand punches and when the left
foot kicks,
the right hand punches. Both, kicks and punches always go
horizontal.
The chinese expression for this technique is "deng tui " (
practiced before or after the sweeps )
