Toe-Fist-Kick / Wushu
The Toe-Fist-Kick is one of the basic wushu
kicks, but it's not necessary to practice it every day.
This is a horizontal
kick with a synchronous punch. When the right foot kicks,
the left hand
punches and when the left foot kicks, the right hand punches.
Both, kicks
and punches are horizontal. The chinese word for this technique
is "tan ti " ( usually practiced after or before the sweeps )
