Dhanurasana - Yoga Bow Pose
The dhanurasana pose (Yoga Bow Pose) expands the
chest,
stretches the
abdominals & shoulders and the quadriceps and strengthenes back and neck.

Execution

Lie down on your stomach and extended your arms. Palms point up.
- Then bend your legs and lift your feet, so that your heels move towards your behind.
- Grasp your ankles with both hands. Thumbs point down.
- To increase the intensity of this pose/stretch, pull your
feet close to your back and lift your head.
Keep breathing regulary and look straight forward or slightly up.
Advice
- Breathe slowly and concentrated.
