Omega 3 Supplements
Omega 3 fatty acids are not really sports supplements, but since they are important for normal growth and health, I added them in this section. Benefits of Omega-3 have been known since the 1930s, but omega-3 supplements have just become popular in the last couple of years. Omega 3 fatty acids can help lowering blood pressure, are good for the heart, brain function, skin and hair and possibly play an important role in cancer prevention.
