Vitamin D is a fat soluble Vitamin. This also means that too much Vitamin D can poison you, because its stored in the fat resources. Water soluble Vitamins are are discarded quickly if consumed in excess. Vitamin-D for the absorption and use of calcium and phosphate for bones & teeth.

  • Fortified margarine
  • IMPORTANT: Sunlight produces Vitmin D in the skin. So you also might lack in V-D if you sit in a dark room working on your PC the whole day.
