Vitamin K

Vitamin K is a fat soluble Vitamin. This means that too much Vitamin K can poison you, because its stored in the fat resources. Water soluble Vitamins are are discarded quickly if consumed in excess. V-K is needed for normal blood clotting and the synthesis of proteins.
