Artistic Gymnastics
In this section you can find skills and training methods for artistic gymnastics.
Start with the handstand, and then work yourself up to the rolls and acrobatics flips.
At the beginning the gymnastics section was only thought for floor skills.
Due to many requests, I am now trying to add more lessons for the pommel horse,
the rings, parallel bars, high bar and balance beam.

- If you are a beginner, start with the handstand to improve balance and to gain schoulder and forearm strength.
- Learn the gymnastic techniques in the order they are listed here. Begin with the handstand,
then the front roll etc.
- Warm up and stretch sufficient before you work out.
( espcially when you are working on difficult skills. )
- Use landing mats, trampolines, springboards etc if available.
