Learn the Wallflip
This is not typical wushu technique, but due to
visitor reqests, i added this technique to the wushu section. Wushu, because some Peking Opera - Wushu Artists and Wushu stuntmen practice
the wallflip a lot.
Technical description: Learn the Wallflip
- Run towards the wall with bouncing steps.
- Lean back a bit and strike out with your arms from behind the back.
- Step up with your right leg and dont crouch in your hip too much.
(Makes it more difficult to gain height and to turn over fast)
Your arms should almost point up verticat when you push off.
- Push up hips and bring your arms behind your back again, to initiate the rotation.
- Flip backwards and land onboth legs together.
Landing on both legs together is saver and for most guys also easier.

- Thick tumbling mats are a very good protection.
- Find 2 spotters.
