Pushdown - Triceps Exercise
Pushdowns are a cable exercises for the
triceps, where you push down a grip with
the strength of your triceps. Fond more tricpes

training main.
Technical description: Pushdown - Triceps Exercise
- Stand with one foot in front of the other and lean forward a little bit.
Your back should be straightened or slightly arched forward, your abs contracted slightly.
But don't arch back. Start with your upper arm vertical and your forearm horizontal.
Grab the grip with your palms pointing to the floor and thumbs and
fingers at the same side of the grip.
- Push down the grip and exhale at the same time.
Push down until your arms are straightened and vertical or even until your hands are
close to the hips.
It is very important that the upper arms stay parallel and the elbows close to your waist.
- Then move back up slowly and inhale.

- Always keep your arms parallel.
