Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat soluble Vitamin. This means that too much Vitamin E can poison you, because its stored in the fat resources. Water soluble Vitamins are are discarded quickly if consumed in excess. Vitamin-E is neeed for the protection of the red blood cells and also helps to prevent destruction of Vitamin A and C.
