The 3-sectional staff is a traditional Chinese wushu weapon designed for defense against spears and other long weapons. Its biggest advantage was that soldiers could protect themselves with a shield while striking with this weapon at the same time.
The 3-sectional staff is made of three wooden sections connected by chains (similar to nunchaku). The total length of the three pieces together is about the same as a regular wushu staff (gun).
Techniques with the 3-sectional staff involve many swinging movements, similar to regular staff techniques.
The only shoe you’ll ever need. Ideal for wushu and acrobatics on hard ground, and perfect for overall foot health.
