Ba Ji Quan - Wushu

Ba Ji Quan is a style known for its powerful short-distance strikes (similar to Bruce Lee’s one-inch punch and Uma Thurman’s punch in Kill Bill). It doesn't rely on wide swinging motions to generate force. Baji is also famous for its concealed elbow strikes. The last emperor of China, Pu Yi, had all his bodyguards trained in Ba Ji Quan by a student of one of the style’s original founders.
