Execution
- Stand in a bow stance facing a wall, making sure your toes point straight forward.
- Fully extend the knee of your back leg and place your hands on the wall so that your back leg, torso, and arms form a straight line.
- Press your body against the wall, keeping the heel of your back leg on the floor to stretch your calf muscles.
- Lower your hips at the same time to increase the stretch.
- Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds, then switch legs and repeat.
