The Dhanurasana pose (Yoga Bow Pose) expands the chest, stretches the abdominals, shoulders, and quadriceps, and strengthens the back and neck. Execution
Lie down on your stomach and extend your arms. Palms should point up.
Then bend your legs and lift your feet so that your heels move toward your backside.
Grasp your ankles with both hands. Thumbs should point down.
To increase the intensity of this pose/stretch, pull your feet closer to your back and lift your head. Keep breathing regularly and look straight forward or slightly upward.
