gymnastics_pommel_horse_thomas_flair

The Thomas Flair is a gymnastics technique performed on the pommel horse, similar to the double-leg circle, except that in this move, you spread your legs as if performing a windmill. This skill was named after Kurt Bilteaux Thomas, although it was actually invented by Lloyd Larson. The Thomas Flair is performed on both the pommel horse and the floor. Nowadays, it can also be seen in breakdancing.
