Execution
Here’s how to stretch your left forearm. To stretch your right forearm, simply reverse the directions.
- Extend your left arm in front of you, with your elbow pointing down and your palm facing forward.
- Grasp your left palm with your right hand and gently pull your fingers back toward your left elbow.
Advice
- Hold the stretch for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Pull your palm back slowly and smoothly, avoiding any sudden or jerky movements.
- This forearm stretch is not intended for isometric or ballistic stretching.
