Wushu Di Tang Quan

Di Tang Quan is a highly acrobatic, traditional wushu style that involves falling to the ground after executing various techniques and jumps. Movements are fast, and having a background in gymnastics can be very helpful when learning this style. It is strongly recommended that you practice all Di Tang Quan techniques on mats first.
