Learn Judo

In this section, you will learn the most basic judo techniques. Judo, founded by Jigoro Kano in 1882, is a Japanese martial art based on throwing and grappling techniques. Judo is one of the four main forms of competitive wrestling and has been an Olympic event since 1964.

The animated techniques in this section are a bit out of date, but I am currently uploading video instructions, and our animated judo tutorials will be remade soon.
